An Italian restaurant called "Banyan" along the Sangosen line, near the Kyusandai University.
The reason why it is called Banyan is not clear.
It has nothing to do with India, probably.
The taste is, unexpectedly in this barbarian area, good.
Two editors of the Kyushu University Press regularly visit this nice-atmosphere restaurant three times a week.
They were also present on the very day I visited it.
Oishi-san, an editor and a graduate of our faculty, recommends "Aubergine Mozzarella Basil Tomato Spaghetti."
She is quite right (as is always the case for her criticism), as you can clearly see from the photo.
